A Bit About Us...

We are a sport, exercise and performance psychology consultancy based in the south of England. We want to inform clients of the importance of the mind when trying to reach peak performance, whether that is when competing in sporting events, reaching goals and targets or staying composed under pressure. We use research informed interventions and strategies to help manage thoughts, feelings and actions that can effect our level of performance.

We believe that your thoughts and feelings play a huge role when trying to perform at your best, therefore we are interested in understanding your thoughts and feelings. 

We also believe it's important to be conscious of the things that you are good at and the things that you are not so good at. We can then take a positive approach to developing strategies to suit your strengths whilst also bringing awareness to the areas that might require development.

Most importantly, we want our clients to feel that they have autonomy and are listened to when developing their psychological programme.
